Very easy to deal with. Response times were quick. Clear answers to questions. Made sure everything was correct with the car before leaving the premises.

Booking it in was easy enough. Staff were professional, polite and courteous. Environment was clean and busy. Time allocated was correct, my car was available again that evening. I had asked the wipers be replaced and I don’t think they were. €660 is expensive and wiper blades aren’t changed.

Called in to their Mahon Point branch a while ago looking to trade in my Peugeot for a newer model. I could not get a straight answer from the person I dealt with about the value of my trade-in. This may be as they have a number of motor franchises under one roof, that the person we dealt with would have had a vested interest in selling another brand. However this was never expressly mentioned, so the lasting impression was that unless you want to buy a new car from them without having a trade-in they are not interested in you.
