Service was conducted satisfactorily. There wasn’t a noticeable difference in the vehicle but the service was done promptly.

Ignorant reception staff at Douglas Road When you spend tens of thousands on a new car you would not expect an ignorant interaction on arrival to the dealership. Overall I find the service advisors to be pleasant and genuine in trying to do what's best. Diagnosing issues does seem to be a weak point or at least could be more efficient, often requiring multiple visits to the dealership. It feels like the service department is under resourced - having to come back on a different day to complete works/recalls. Repeat visits for trivial issues. At times it does feel like there is pushback on any genuine warranty claims, perhaps that is coming from KIA Ireland.

From our first interaction with Aidan in J&P Mahon Point, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
