I am really happy to be a Cex customer because I can exchange my used electronics for others that I am interested in in good condition. I always recommend the store to my friends.

The console I bought didn't work and also the controller, these were for a present for my son who is in jail, so it took me ages to get the stuff into him and then once I found out they didn't work then we has to get them out and back to the store. Why were these not tested before I got them? I know the store changed them for me, but the cost and inconvenience on me wasn't good.

I received my parcel right on time and was very surprised when I opened it that it was very well packed no damage whatsoever which is nice either to the outside box up as well. It saves a lot of trouble having to return things when they are well packed so thanks for that, Patricia.

Everything went well, clean and well packaged. I have to give it one star less because the delivery took over a week.

It is a good phone

Items were given 1 tracking code but sent in 2 dispatch. I had to contact customer service to source the missing item and get a new tracking order. When the console arrived it was missing a power lead so I can't plug it in to use. A second hand console xbox 360 was what I bought. The least I expect is that all necessary parts are checked and included.
