However, I have had some issues on a couple occasions with bets not registering correctly on live dealer games causing your bet to either not be counted at all, or on one occasion, the bet amount was deducted from my balance but did not let me play or return the bet amount. Customer service was very helpful though and was able to get everything situated. The rewards are great for VIP members, but the slots seem to get throttled down a lot if you win on them. I would recommend giving them a try, definitely one of my top 3 choices to continually return to on a regular basis!

I like the quick payout request. What I don’t like is for instance on your electronic black jack games. The RNG is not consistent. There are a lot of 16, 14, 13 hands and when you draw a card 9 times out of 10 it’s 10 or face card causing to bust. I understand it’s a RNG game but those numbers should not keep coming up as often as they do if it’s truly a RNG system.
