I think it's a scam. If in a tournament and your the smaller stack going up against the big stack at the table, you will get beat 90% of the time so that the person getting beat will now go and play something else that, of course cost them money. I'm not the only one to notice. I have had several conversations with others that have noticed the same thing. If your the small stack you are being set up. Once you go all in the site will recognize this and you will be drawn out on if you have the best hand. My recommendation is to not play on this site.

New customer and great experience so far and customer service

Had a both good and bad experience. Some of the games would not open. Got real frustrating. Also, most of the time I would miss the first hand because the table was so slow to open. I could see my hand but it would muck it. Lots of time only the first page would open and after scrolling down nothing would open. I did have a short stay and did well in a large tournament so I made money. I will add that I received my cashout check in just a couple days which is good. I am now on another site and the software works well. Also, I used a credit card on another site and was not charged for my initial deposit. It wasnt a horrible experience but there is room for improvement. I believe the site is honest and wouldnt worry about that.

The games on Betonline are pretty good and they have a good variety, however some of there customer service is awful. Some customer service people like Caesar did a great job and fixed my problems right away, but others like Alia and Colleen just ditched me, not fixing my problem and they just ditch me. I am very disappointed with the new crypto alt coin fees which are absurd. You get charged 7,50$ when all they need to pay is 1 cent to send the money to you. Alia and Colleen kept lying to me as to why the fee was so high an it was really frustrating and I never got an actually answer. Overall the games on this site are good, and I don't think they are rigged but the customer service and new payout fees are absolutely insane! They just want to stuff there pockets with money. Overall I am very disappointed with this changed and the costumer service I received.
