Reliable payouts and fair odds

The casino glitched so they say. I was on a winning streak. And hit for over Forty five hundred dollars. As you know, I was excited, my gambling habits change. Let's such a large amount. I bet bigger amounts once I get low. Enough.I felt comfortable to stop and I stopped at thirty one hundred. To my surprise, the next morning when I go to cash out my available balance is 289. I immediately call player services and they told me there was a double payout, so the casino decided to take back. 2300 of my winnings, leaving me with 289. None of this was my fault. Nor was I aware of any of this, I called to get some resolution and the casino hosts. Weren't Interested, only the player is at fault. I have talked to other players, and they all said they had a similar experience. I asked could there be a resolution to the situation? Though the player was not at fault if there was a double payout, not to my knowledge. Wouldn't it be easier to go back to the moment the double payout was made and settle it evenly from that point? They made the player Liable for their mistakes beware because there is no recourse, I asked for arbitration. From someone besides a casino pit boss. To make a decision, let two attorneys make the decision the way it works out amicably for everyone. They refused to reply or respond to any calls or emails. Upon this situation, i'm leaving the player fault

8 months ago, I shared a 1-star review about BetOnline for having system glitches. At the time, they had at least 1 known case when a bank (or other financial institutions/processors) rejects a payment they would improperly reverse out an incorrect amount from your BetOnline account. As an example, if your bank declined a $2,000 payment, BetOnline would erroneously reduce your account by $4,000. Their team denied this, but eventually it was fixed. I viewed it as a one time mistake and moved past it. Recently, the system glitches have been more frequent and have had severe impacts with no accountability from the site. Over the past months, there have been two known cases where many player's balances were adjusted (duplication from casino play). In both cases, many player's balances had an extra transaction that shouldn't have occurred and as you were using the Casino apps your own balance was not updating properly. For instance, if you started with $20,000 and you lost 3 plays of $5,000 you would expect your balance to show $5,000 remaining but this was not the case. There were delays causing you to have to guess what was your balance. When the first case occurred several weeks ago, their hotline was available and the representatives were transparent about the issues described above. In the more recent event (within the past 12 hours), their call lines were shut down and players were left in the dark. Both times, it took around 6 hours for the team to restore the balance from the original transaction that should have never occurred. But the other implications from their other glitches (balancing not updating live during gameplay) were not addressed at all. I have used BetOnline daily for over 8 years now. Based on my VIP status on the site, I have wagers over $37M total. I have lost a lot more than I've won which I never complained about because those were my decisions and actions. However, I feel that I am cheated when I lose when there is a system glitch that erroneously removes my funds and does not show me my true balance. For those who frequently play Poker or Blackjack, I suspect you'd agree that knowing your actual chip count or bankroll as well as being able to utilize it is a very crucial part of the game. In this case, BetOnline has severely failed and have decided to not take any accountability. When an application is not working properly, the administrator can take it down to fix or roll-back all of the action to the time prior to the glitches. Since this was advantageous to BetOnline, they have made the decision to keep the winnings that they've benefited from their system errors. Even in my early years of playing BetOnline, when I was losing due to chasing sports bets or taking bad beats on poker, I absolutely loved the site. I respected how fair the management team was and I admired the service that the VIP Team provided. Recently, I've mainly experienced frustration. Their weekly and monthly program does reward players well for their action. However, the amount of glitches and BetOnline's stance of taking the winnings from their own glitch is despicable. How do you trust a site that doesn't not properly address issues that are well known to many of the players? I'd have to assume that the more discreet issues to swept under the rug if it's advantageous to them. Remember, this site has encountered a major flaw with their casino program before (I believe Blackjack) which caused them to switch their software supplier. For those who read this review, I know that I am obviously only one out of many reviewers. I want you to know that I am sincere and transparent. I do not write many reviews and I do not do it out of spite or impulse. But in the case of BetOnline, I truly do feel that the current management team looks to scam loyal players. I wish that I can share screenshots to show the type of player that I am and further prove out my feedback, but this is the best that I can do.

what a joke having a 4 team teaser hit just to have it canceled due to ND and Georgia being reschuled. Not just the one leg voided they voided the whole bet that all legs hit. Won't do anything about it or won't let me remove my money without fee's

The check for $900.01 came from a Canadian company named Amico Business Solutions. I checked on the company and it showed permanently closed. I with spoke with someone in fraud protection at my bank and they told me it wasn't a good check. Now what do I do with a bad $900.01 check.
