They stole 300 bucks from me I was playing slots was doing good was at 325 open the next game and it just started auto spinning and wouldn’t stop till I was out of money. Then they said they would review it and email within 24 hours. Which they never did I had to live chat them for them to get an answer. I placed a live wager based on the scoreline posted on their site. The odds reflected that the goal was scored. For most books, this would've meant that the O/U was based on how many goals were scored after that point; for BOL, they punished me for them having opened a line when they shouldn't have. They probably screwed the people on the other side of it, too. Don't trust these guys.

FIXED I went on there for poker. I suspect that there are bots. 8 out of 9 of my winning hands were beaten on the river by the improbable card. That just doesn't happen that frequently. This game is fixed.

Incredibly expensive credit card charges then they charge 30 dollars to withdrawal. Opened an account and transferred $50USD from my USA bank debit card,(NOT credit card) and was charged 11.5% to do this off the top. Then, placed a bet on a horse from a UK race track I know well, (much different than playing poker online etc), with 5/2 posted odds. My horse won but they won't pay their advertised odds. Resulting in a payout about $200 less than what the odds are. Called customer service and asked how they determined the payout if it wasn't on their odds. Was told by 2 agents that they pay off of the race tracks posted TOTE price, which in layman's terms is the price paid at the actual race track. I showed them that their payout did not equal their posted advertised odds nor the posted TOTE price. And they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor or get an honest answer on how they determine payouts. Then when I went to transfer my (much reduced) winnings back, they do not let you transfer for 3 days, and all payout options charge a fee. Looks like the cheapest option is $25, and the other options are a percentage of your winnings which go much higher. How can a betting website not know how they calculate their own payouts when they don't equal the advertised odds nor any other reputable honest standard?!?! Asked to have a supervisor call me back and of course, did not get a reply.

I'm from Reunion Island. In the registration form it says reunion. 6 months later I receive an e-mail from the financial department when I request a withdrawal.
