Bought a pair of cycling shoes. It wasn´t availlable at the time (the new shimano AM9 2016) so I asked for a alert as it would became availlable. As soon as it occured I bought them. No problem and in a week I got them in Portugal. The online site isn´t the best looking. But good prices and assle free business. Trés bien! Merci!

The merchandise which I ordered was missing although it was suppose to be in stock, and now my hole shipment is delayed for at list 2 weeks. I did not receive what I have ordered yet.

After much searching, I found the BBB Tithon helmet at XXCycles. I communicated via email and received feedback very quickly. I purchased the helmet online and it was in my living room 4 days later in South Africa. The entire experience was hassle free. I will most certainly use them again in the future.

This is the third Tubus Cosmo bicycle rack I've purchased from XXCycle. I am very happy with the ease of doing the order, the price that beats any other I've found, including the postage, and the speed that the rack arrived from France by post.

This is my second order from xxcycle. The first was almost five years ago, then their webpage was in french only. Five years later and we are Presented with a slick english site. Ordered on Thursday, package received on Monday..... I'm in Australia. Perfect!

Delivery to the UK was slow (10 days after dispatch) but the goods were correct and in good conditiion. XXcycle kept me informed of progress with frequent emails.

In data 02/10/15 ho fatto un piccolo ordine alle 16,43. Alle 21,00 dello stesso giorno ricevo conferma di spedizione. Sul timbro di accettazione postale invece la busta risulta consegnata il 06/10/15!!. Ho speso euro 7,40 di spedizione, ma sulla busta risulta una tassa postale di euro 2,50, e non c'è possibilità di tracking!! Non credo che la busta costi euro 4,90. Con un prezzo di spedizione più basso altri venditori di accessori bici francesi spediscono addirittura pacchetti con possibilità di tracking. Per il resto tutto bene, anche la comunicazione dopo vendita funziona.

I would like to say that I have enjoyed being an online customer for many years of XXCycle's and every time have been able to find cycling related equipment and apparel that can't be found anywhere else, especially Sidi shoes at a great price!
