Although these were purchased outside the United States, the customer service was great. Ordering was easy and did not have to pay VAT. Some countries still require you to pay VAT even outside the EU. The price was also cheaper than some shoes found on websites hosted in the US. They fit very well although the shoe chart was a bit confusing. I didn't know which chart to use because others that I used called for a different shoe size. But nonetheless, they fit perfectly. Thank you.
