I contracted Covid from my workplace I was told to go home and quarantine I haven’t been able to work for the last week and a half I’ve been hospitalized I called to try to make arrangements for the payment that was coming up and was told that there is nothing in place for Covid patients and my loan is still due and they were going to double it the next time my pay period comes around and there’s no way I can pay that and I haven’t been able to go back to work due to lung problems from Covid at this point I’m fighting for my life and don’t know when I’m able to return to work

I have a personal hardship that hit unexpectedly and called to explain the situation and the rep. Offered no understanding of my situation. I was doing the right thing by calling to explain but was not treated with any understanding. You need to make a clause that gives a grace period when financial upheavals strike through no fault of one's own doing. I will pay off the loan but will not use you again the the future and will not give you a good rating to others.

I had let them know multiple times that my Pay date changed, through Message and on the phone. I sent them the current paystubs to show that. They told me they would get it fixed and still never fixed it. Just horrible customer service. Because of this I had an overdraft to my account, and then proceeded to charge me more later because of their mistake. I will never go through this company again.
