I haven’t really had an experience with you at this time. Everything is good

Been a loyal customer for a while. Always paid my account early or on time. This last loan I was double charged and was told a new employee screwed up. Okay fine things happen BUT the problem is I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a refund. Was told twice a manager would call me back but no call back. I called and sat on hold for a manager twice only to be disconnected both times. I called back and insisted the rep stay on the line until the manager picked up as to not be disconnected again. Finally got a manager and she was VERY short and rude with me. Basically, they can take my money and hold it for 10 days money I did not give authorization to be taken. If I pay them late they'd charge interest. Yet they can hold my money and I'm just SOL never mind how it may affect my financial situation. Not acceptable. I gave 3 starts because the CS reps were very patient and understanding 0stars for management!

Tried to make a pay off on the same day after making regular payment but was not allowed. Anything they can to collect more of that ridiculous high interest. Never again!!!
