I asked to get a loan like I always do for $200 but the person that did my loan put me into an installment loan and I never asked for an installment loan. I always get a payday loan . I'm in this installment loan and I'm not pleased at all

I tried to contact customer service through the chat waited 10mins just to be told no one was available and that they would email me and I was never contacted again.

I rate y'all 2 stars because I've been a repeat customer and don't think loyal customers should be repaying a $1000 on a $400 loan y'all's interest rate is ridiculously high and I won't be coming back anymore because of that and because y'all don't report to any of the major credit bureaus
