Overall I’m happy with the service, but unhappy with the rates. It would be awesome if companies like cash factory had loyalty or historical payment consideration in their rates. The rates are high because you take on risk and I get that, but after it’s established a client isn’t really a risk, it would be nice if making my payments on time had some benefit to me, rather than me continuing to have high interest to cover lost profit from someone who doesn’t.

Did not state the interest rate while doing the application. I Got approved for $600 and they are charging me $1800 dollars very high interest rate beyond ridiculous 👎. Customer service was very rude and would not recommend these SCAMMERS!!

Outrageous interest rates! I took out a loan for $200 and read the documents before signing. The documents showed payments would be $41.00 bi-weekly for about 8 payments. I downloaded the app and signed in, and lo and behold, the total payment for a $200 loan will be $440.60!! So that means that their interest rate is 200+%!! WT F!!! Imagine a credit card charging you that much! We complain about a 29.9% interest rate on our cards! Now I see why they call themselves "Cash Factory!" Because they are making money hand over fist like crazy!!!

Cash factory was quick in processing my loan application and I had the funds in my account that same day.
