I paid extra £6 for quick one day delivery but still the item is not delivered after 7 days. Refund my extra money for delivery.

My first order arrived in two days the second order was about 8days due to postal strike but wasn’t disappointed with my order only neg will be the quality of the bottles seemed a bit flimsy ! The lid of my shampoo wasn’t upto standard the products are good ! The hair oil if u have itchy scalp it’s really good for that it relaxes you once u put it on night I had deeper sleep I notice few hair when I wash my hair this is norm I believe I been using it for two months now am happy with it so far I will update nx month to see if any changes it’s all natural products so I feel more relaxed about the environment damage.
