United Kingdom | 15 March 2025I've been using Ziglu since 2021 and I've not had any problems with deposits or withdrawals and any emails I've sent to them have been answered quickly and professionally. I like the low(ish) fees (1.25%) for buying and selling crypto and I trust them to keep my money safe (Fca regulated). Let's hope they continue to keep up the great service 👍 Cheers

I’m thankful for the kindness and support she offered to resolve. Ziglu provides excellent service when needed. I would happily recommend their services to anyone wanting to manage their currency. If there were titles given to the representatives, let it be known her official title should be, “Baddest Broad in London” in the best way possible. What a queen.

It is so hard to use and then when you come to close your account they refuse to shut it down, breaking GDPR laws and leaving your account open to being hacked. Stay away from these clowns, go somewhere with a better reputation who will not try to rob you.

United Kingdom | 05 June 2024Complete scammers beware I signed up for this about 4 month ago never put any money in as there was something that seemed to dodgy after reading reviews then all of a sudden today they say they have done a review and I'm considered a risk even though I have not yet even attempted to put any money in the account I could only imaging how bad this review would be if like others I put money in the account so it seems they lock accounts within a few month or sometimes weeks and keep money however luckily for me I knew something wasn't right and never deposited a penny in there but this is very dodgy never used the account and was told it was a risk yeah right meaning more I was taking too long for them to steal my money stay clear stay clear stay clear!!!! I have noticed at least 60% of the good reviews look fake as can be

United Kingdom | 07 March 2024The most irresponsible behaviour towards customer I have ever seen. There is a 30 day wait to transfer my own money from Ziglu to my own nominated bank account, as per email from Customer Support (!!!) I recommend using other companies as this was a very poor experience in terms of professionalism and reliability- imagine your account being frozen out of the blue when you’re travelling thousands of miles away from home, leaving you stranded financially…Ziglu doesn’t give a flying **** about customers. Significant glitches: amongst other issues Face ID stopped working and was never fixed. I was asked to use a code instead which lowers my app security level. At times it was also impossible to log into the app altogether. Overall, very poor experience using the app. They offer a Ziglu bank card, a few weeks down the line they announce “sorry, this service is now unavailable as we can’t afford it, cut your card in half and bin it.” Even more worrying practices: I transferred a small amount of my own money to Ziglu from my own UK bank account in my own name and Ziglu decided to instantly freeze my entire account out of the blue and audit me. I proved the money originated from a fully legitimate source and provided all the receipts, statements and more. After 6 days (!!!) of my money being frozen, Ziglu decided to close my account AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR over £20k to be returned to me! What a service! I WAS JUST INFORMED BY ZIGLU THAT IT TAKES THEM 30 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR OWN MONEY TO YOU. What a colossal waste of customers’ time and energy. This company won’t stay around for much longer.

So although they seem intent on not being generally contactable they did sort this pretty much immediately so cant knock them....... Original Text: Impressive slick company when it started. Now when you want to withdraw money...there are NO instructions on how to do it...Nada. When you email them it fails because they either deliberately/shoddily put the incorrect email link in. When you try and use the app its just a bot, that also offers ZERO advice on actually withdrawing funds...but does give you a link to click on...that also fails. If you go on their FB page, its out of date...but there is a Tel number..and it works...only to tell you that they no longer take calls...:)))). How shoddy is that for a multi million operation! I will be speaking with the ombudsmen. ZIGLU....presumably you have placed at least an apprentice to monitor TrustPilot....I await your answer here. If there is no answer then others should use this as a reason to stay clear of this company...lets see what happens.

Portugal | 08 August 2023If I could give no stars I would. Very sad that this company doesn't respect it's customers to at least be honest about what is going on. I am locked out of my account and despite doing all the troubleshooting as per their website , nada. I can't speak to chat because "nobody is available". And instead we asked to "email ziglu". Only trouble is nobody responds. So that's a waste of time. Reading these reviews has made me realise that it's a scam and I'm just another gullible idiot for trusting them.

I was not notified and I had to contact them to find out what is happening. Below is the banks response. To enable us to verify these transactions, can you please provide the information below: Can you confirm the reason for the incoming transactions listed below? Can you confirm the connection to the person holding the account listed below? Can you confirm your intended usage of your Ziglu account and these funds? Transactions: £1756.88 on 23/03/2023 from ( 040004 41661774) £300.00 on 11/04/2023 from ( 040075 10586989) Once we’ve received the required information, we’ll aim to conclude the review as quickly as possible. United Kingdom | 06 April 2023In my opinion its a fraud , opened account over a year ago with investment possibility , once the market went high , my account is studently closed without notice and money never arrived to my account . customer service not responding to my messages. I definitely not recommending and have no other option than the legal fight.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2023Previously locked my account, saying they will only unlock if I complete unreasonable requests - such as asking people who have sent me for their date of birth etc. I managed to get it unlocked, stupidly, continued using it. I paid for a strangers petrol as they couldn't find their bank card. I left him my ziglu details to pay back when he can. Ziglu withheld his ÂŁ50 payment, got in touch a week later with me to say they are keeping the payment held, they said unless I can give his full name and date of birth, they will send it back to him. I've no idea who this person was, I was just doing a good deed. I explained to Ziglu the situation, they said no sorry, we're sending it back to the person's bank. No idea how Ziglu is still going, the amount of people having similar issues, they should be ashamed. Also, to finish - multiple occasions I've tried to transfer a few hundred from ziglu to my own bank, they hold onto the payment for several days before it goes across. Really frustrating when you send it across to pay for a bill, such as rent - and they just decide to keep it for a few days.

United Kingdom | 15 March 2023I opens the account in 2021 on the back of a social media post and forgot I had it, I went to log in and was locked out of account, I emailed CS and was told as I did not complete a form called “ know your customer” on the app they made a decision to CLOSE the account, I never received a promt to complete the form nor was I told the account was closed, have delt with several financial platforms this one is very strange , glad to be out of it !!

I have an account with this company on 12 Oct 2022 and all was okay until they locked my account on 24/10/2022 and told me we have to review my account. I made a complaint but seems same response. they reply that my account will take 2 months to finalize the review after 2 months received an email saying that my account had been closed and that I have to provide bank details to transfer the funds . as I did give them all my bank details. they send me another email that my account is still under review. .this is unacceptable. don't trust anything you see after the experience you will know. this needs to be a official complaint by Financial Ombudsman Service.
