Ziglu is a great app & so easy to use

lost a refund a critical point as they refused to accept it. I mean what bank doesn’t accept payments from legitimate sources. In this case rail company.

I became a Ziglu customer back in March 2021 and have really enjoyed using the app ever since. I have tried other personal money and crypto apps in the past and can safely say that Ziglu is one of the best out there. I find it extremely user friendly, but at the same time very safe and secure. Ziglu is the reason I feel confident buying and selling crypto with ease. I also love additional services Ziglu has introduced since I joined especially the foreign currency accounts and the best of all 'Boosts accounts'. I get a tidy interest on my deposit every Saturday - so what is there not to like!!!. Keep doing a great job Ziglu!!

Great when they have the higher referral program running it can attract a lot more people. The app itself it very goof indeed would recommend for new cryptocurrency users.

Ziglu has been an amazing online bank. They make it easy to add funds and also withdraw. What puts Ziglu ahead of the rest is their Sterling Boost account, which acts as a savings account with amazing returns. For you Crypto investors, there are tons of crypto coins added where you can invest in some of the most popular crypto currencies on the market. They are still a start up, meaning a few teething problems, as I've faced a few technical issues with the app, but they've been resolved in hours.

Closed my account almost immediately after registrstion, hadn't even gotten the chance to use it. Half an hour of my time wasted for nothing.

EDIT - I did get my referral bonus! PREVIOUS: Pretty much excellent so far, and I've been using it for a few months now. Perhaps a little low as a rate of return as crypto lending goes (most are 8-12%), but it's a lovely simple app, and transactions are very speedy. I never managed to get my full referral bonus from them (despite reaching out to the team on twitter with their reply that they'd look into this... still pending from months ago!), so this is slightly annoying and lowers me a star. Otherwise, so far, so good.

ZIGLU is an easy and simple to use app - a much needed service in the complex world of cryptos. It is also regulated, which is a major plus

FCA approved which gives a peace of mind to a degree, offers investments in crypto and the saving accounts on tgbp and btc that pay on Saturdays. The only drawback is that no crypto withdrawals available, hopefully this will change

Really bad, kicked me out my account, argued with me, ignored my emails for assistance then months later replied TOOO LATE, crap service, crap bank won't be using them again.

What a great idea to have all your investments and spending available on one card and to be able to view this at any time on your APP. This is definitely the future and I,m sure that eventually we will all have a ZIGLU account !

Froze my account for no reason Unfroze. Then when I went to use my account froze it again! Now I can’t get an answer as to what’s going on 😒
