Wanted a pdf doc with all my transactions on for my accountant- the customer services team asked me a list of security questions ( nice to know they are thorough) and sent me what I wanted same day - professional but friendly and efficient service- can’t ask for more than that!

Iam new to all this but it is a lot of fun watching the bitcoin go up and down in value . I have took money out and put in .which is really easy to do . And if any problems so easy to get hold of someone which is great for us none tech people like me lol.

Ziglu -account freezing with £32000 pounds me correctly balance 😡 after trying contact customer service his explain me to freezing account possibly contact be email after month contacts no answer to I’m make complaints claim to customer service , after contact me complaints manager and is take 6 week to check to after 6 week I’m getting later from complaining manager- me account be closed and me balance be nex 60 day pay out on account I’m be giving. Now is 56 day going after I’m received later and me balance still not paying out 😡 I’m trying again contact complaints manager many times not answering customer service joke please people not spend money to Ziglu account is really cheating people and using your money to invest. I’m must wait 60 days after not paying out I’m make claim to Cort , otherwise all experience to Ziglu I’m trying to share other customer and publishers is chatting customer money

Well this is very easy to use service and quick transfar and deposit good app , but I have issue some time with app it’s blinks and today all day it is not showing balance and my buying , and I checked with my friend his app is fine and there is no one available Saturday to Friday for help , overall good app I will recommend

Intuitive, user friendly, secure and very easy and quick to transfer funds to and from my bank account. Love the alerts and the new savings product is a real nice addition. Highly recommend.

Just back from a holiday in Spain and have used my card for local euro purchases there. Super easy to transfer funds and to see the cost of transactions .. noticed a saving on fees using the Ziglu card against using my ‘other’ banks card. Result!

Cheaper than other platforms to buy crypto. I like that Ziglu also gives you a sort code and bank account number. It's way better than prepaid card that other company's use. I've also referred a few friends and managed to earn some extra cash. No problems in my experience so far and every month there are new features.

Fairly similar to Monzo and Starling to sigh up. Was done in about 5 minutes. I've been using Ziglu for about 1 year and there has been some small hiccups but all got sorted quite quickly. I think people forget that going to a branch for traditional banks was equally frustrating if not more so at times. I'm not sure why some people are saying Ziglu are scammers when they're fully regulated by the FCA. Also the person who is saying they're trying to buy a a house below is a bit strange. You don't need money upfront to make a house offer and also why would you put your house deposit into Ziglu when they don't even have CHAPS or direct debits yet... Strange....

very good app and it is easy to use but would be nice to see more cryptocurrencies available on it. The ones I would like to see added are Dogecoin and Hoge Finance and Solana. If you add those assets it would be amazing!

I opened a ziglu to buy some ETH and use their interest account. Everything went smoothly and apart from my expired passport it went fine. I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I chose Ziglu and I would suggest you do the same. Coinbase has 1.5 stars, Crypto.com has 2.4 stars. All crypto related apps have the same loud 1 star reviewers that likely are doing something dodgy and ziglu has to report to police anything suspicious. Customer service is slow but still much better than high street banks or revolut.
