I have ordered quite a few times and never had a problem... until now. I ordered a metre of fabric (along with several others) and I noticed it was cut wonky. On measuring I realised it measured 98cm at the longest point and 94cm at the shortest. Because I had started cutting it I was offered a 10% discount. I did not think this was acceptable for THEIR cutting mistake. So I asked for another metre to be sent. They ignored 2 of my emails and then a couple of days later said they would send it out. Then I got an email saying they would not be sending it as they had checked their CCTV and it proved that it was cut to a metre. They attached the photo. It proved nothing and I felt I was accused of lying. I sent my photos of the fabric and have since been ignored. All this to get out of resending an £8 metre piece of fabric that was cut incorrectly in the first place. All the other fabric was cut perfectly. I feel a little sad that a company would treat it's loyal customers like this.

My order arrived promptly but was missing one item. I emailed explaining this, received a very prompt response with an apology and the missing item arrived a few days later. A case of all’s well that ends well. There is a very good selection of fabric for my needs which is difficult to find on the high street these days. I would use this company again.

Placed an order for 4 items. Received an email the next day to say that one item was out of stock and discontinued, and another was out of stock but they expected to have it the following week. Clearly very poor stock control, won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed as I ordered 4 items 100 x 150 as advertised only for it to arrive as one piece and then when I queried to be told that the small print states anything ordered in multiples are cut as one piece. Why oh why would u advertise something as separate items then send as I item, doesn’t make sense, so disappointed in this company, DONT ADVERTISE ITEMS IN SIZES THEN SEND ONE ITEM AND REFER TO THE SMALL PRINT. BE HONEST UPFRONT THAT THESE ARE NOT SENT IN SIZES ADVERTISED.

I was looking for a particular type of nylon fabric for a project we have in mind and requested a sample. The sample we received was not the one I had requested but suited our needs better, and I wished to discover what we had been sent and possibly to place an order. Although they provide a phone number, it goes to messages and you cannot speak to anyone. Left messages on two days and eventually received an email requesting a photo of the fabric we had received. A week later I had heard nothing. Not a squeak, not even an acknowledgment. I have now found a fabric that meets our needs from a different supplier. It is disappointing to us, but they have lost a potential substantial order.

I ordered an in stock fabric on eBay. Three days later they said it was posted then the day after that they said it was out of stock! They must just do that to keep their eBay status right, clicking posted when they haven't even checked they have the stock! They offered an exchange. I requested a refund. I have disappointed my customer now as I can't supply the fabric. Poor service.

I had seen the reviews here but they had a pattern I really wanted so I decided to take a chance - even if the wait might be long etc. However immediately after ordering the ‘in stock’ pattern I was then emailed that it was back ordered. Followed by another email that it was delayed. And another that it was discontinued. They then offered me an exchange - which I declined and asked for a refund. To which I was offered a credit note - which I declined and asked for a refund. Left frustrated at all the back and forth and disappointed at them not actually having what they claimed was ‘in stock’. They did send another pattern I ordered very quickly - so I guess that merits a star. I posted this review to their website - but it wasn’t approved, despite being factual. They only seem to approve 5 star reviews - giving themselves 5/5 stars. Pointless. Will avoid in the future!

Wish I'd of read the reviews , ordered here , didnt mind the wait as it's a pandemic after all, items arrived today , 2 of them were fine but I order a 1kg bag of of cuts etc which I knew wasnt going to be perfect but nowhere did it state that the remnants were going to have dirty Mark's and some are bad Mark's and phone numbers and name and other numbers printed all over half of , one cut of opened up and it had a disgusting yellow huge mark in the middle , unfortunately I wont return to buy from there again, judging by these comments and the fact it's a non refundable item I've had to come and write this , it's a case of order and take a chance . Shame as the other 2 items were fab .wouldve gotten a 5 star if the remnants hadnt been so marked and written on .

I ordered some fine cord dress making fabric. Spent hours pinning the pattern and cutting it all out only to discover that there is a flaw throughout the fabric, looks like a non-dyed patch. I contacted the company with no doubt that they would rectify the situation. Despite many emails and photos, they have totally refused to accept responsibility for selling me faulty goods and are refusing to replace or refund. Really shocking, can't believe I have totally wasted my money. Can't afford to buy another piece of fabric. Don't buy from here is my advice.

I am appalled at this company. I ordered dress fabric which I spent an afternoon laying out and carefully cutting my pattern. The next day I started to sew and noticed a flaw. On closer inspection this was a repeated flaw that runs the length of the fabric. Despite repeated patient attempts emailing them, they are completely refusing to replace or refund the fabric. I therefore am going to have to throw it away at my own expense!! There was a little fabric left uncut and they say they will give me a refund for that - hardly worth it! I am so furious about this - they have sold me faulty goods and should do the right thing and replace. I will not be shopping with them again. Only positive is that the person who responded to my emails has been very polite.

i ordered the fabric tuesday morning and it came 1pm on wednesday! shipping was unbelievably fast and fabric was cut perfectly, couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!!

Really bad service. Take your money then don’t deliver your items. Quality of care not good. Ordered fabric in November it arrived, wasn’t impressed with the cutting of fabric. Ordered quite a few in Half a metre. None of them were cut straight. Poor care. Ordered again just before Christmas items did not arrive had to chase them to get replacements sent. Told me I had to contact Royal Mail. When you are a business and you used delivery services it is down to them to chase and find out what has happened to it not the customer. Do Not Use

I ordered quite late, not giving myself time for the order to be made up I kept my 🤞 as I was leaving the area for some months. I had a quick helpful response and my click and collect was ready in time. Many thanks.

Excellent service, ordered my items one morning and they arrived the next day. I had a question to ask the company and I emailed them in the evening, they replied the very next morning with an answer. I would certainly use this company again.

Faulty items received, no customer service at all. No refund/replacement offered. Stay away.

I ordered two sewing patterns 3 weeks ago and they‘re still not even dispatched. I wrote them on facebook and as well tried it with email, no help whatsoever. Nightmare!

Fantastic customer service, nothing is too much trouble. The quality and price of the fabric is excellent. What more does anyone need.

I have ordered from oh sew crafty before with no problems BUT this time was told a certain fabric had been despatched twice!!! Then today I got a refund!! I don’t appreciate being lied to. If you haven’t got it just say so instead of lying to customers and then just refunding with no explanation, customer service = 0

I buy lots of fabric from ohsewcrafty. Really good fabric. Quick delivery. A few times It didn't arrive, but they sent more. Excellent service.

Brilliant Service! Ordered on the weekend and order was dispatched by Monday, Order arrived the next day. Happy with the product, will order again!
