I found the entire DNAfit experience interesting and providing a comprehensive overview of concerns pertaining to the way my body works. The process was very easy and fast, the consultation was my favourite part since you’re able to ask questions and the responses are personalised. Recommended for those who want to learn more about their overall health.

Great service! I like how the reports are laid out and the additional insights I gained from my 23andme data. However, if I knew from the beginning that 23andme data is not enough for complete report, I would’ve done the test directly with Dnafit. The dietitian appointment was very helpful for me in interpreting the reports. All in all, I’m very happy with experience. I hope the app can be improved so you don’t have to sign in everytime you sign in.

The product does not work, the money is not returned for more than 6 months. Every time they come up with new incredible stories. Very similar to the scam service. I don't recommend it.

I extracted my DNA data from 23andme to use on DNAfit and I was extremely underwhelmed by the information that I was provided. Before my reports were created by DNAfit, I informed them that my main goal was gaining muscle. This was one of the options that they ask you to choose when wanting you to identify your main motivation. Upon assessing my results, there was no information provided that would help me in achieving my stated goal. However, if you want them to create a muscle building training plan to suit your specific DNA type, they want you to pay an additional £49 per month, for 3 months. The data is nicely presented and fairly easy to understand. However, there were quite a few inconsistencies between viewing your results on the app and on the website. For example, on the app it states that my muscle mass predisposition cannot be calculated and the reason given is as follows: 'DNAfit requires 4 SNPs to calculate your unique genetic profile for muscle mass. 23andMe does not analyse these SNPs, so we could not calculate your DNAfit score. If you are interested in discovering your complete genetic profile for muscle mass get DNAfit today at dnafit.com'. However, on the website, I am informed that my muscle mass predisposition is high and it also states my genotypes that the information has been based on. I am a fit and active individual who was hoping to gain vital information that could help me progress further in my training and diet. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything provided that would help me with this. If I was someone who was perhaps struggling with their weight and wanted some basic diet and nutrition advise that could help me lose that weight, then maybe DNAfit would be worth looking at.

I had a rocky start with the service, but their customer service has genuinely being great. I originally gave a very low score, but now revised it to neutral. When the product is received, I will revise again.

The app is useless. The interface is terrible and requires you to re-log in after each click in a different section. They charge you an outlandish fee for recipes that you can find by searching on Pinterest. The “results” are very basic and don’t give you enough information to actually make changes. Talk to a nutritionist vs wasting money on this app.

This is my second DNAfit review and it’s just as good as the previous one. I needed some information I had misplaced, emailed asking if they could help and I had the info in my inbox in less than 30 minutes. Splendid and trustworthy!

I ordered the Health Link for 23andMe users from DNAfit and never got my results or money back. Issue with DNAfit: 1) Their website was advertising 30mins for results and it is still not available after 2 weeks. 2) Username login is broken. Every time I log in to your website I need to use two passwords and need to receive an email for the OTP. My username/password and then a one-time password (OTP) each time. 3) Entering my height and weight via the computer or mobile phone has errors. 4) Enter personal information when logging in does not save anything like my gender or how many times a week... Every time I log in to your site it prompts me with the same initial questions that are never saved for some reason. 5) There is no toll-free number or even a USA phone number. It would cost me more to call them than the product is even worth.

An absolute waste of money. All you get in your test results are a bunch of vague things that might affect you in positive or negative ways. Completely regret ever purchasing.

I got a DNA kit mid 2020. No issues there. I logged back into my account a few months back to look over my results, I decided to add the custom meal plan base on my DNA. I purchased the kit. All of my previous information disappeared and I never received the meal kit. I reached out via email twice with no response. Edit: DNAFit responded to my original post. I reached out to their complaint department… once again no response. Don’t waste your money.

I have been waiting two months for a cookbook, spoke to agent and they said you have to do it through the website, to avoid my questions! Still waiting, been a good experience until now, shame they have treated me like this and sent two emails - No Response! Very rude.

Delighted I chose to accept my insurance's offer to try DNAfit. The test itself is very easy to take and send back for evaluation, with the results quickly forwarded to your profile in about 10 days. Whilst some of the results might appear to be generic, it proved to be very customised during my consultation with the health coach. The consultation was fantastic! As is the recommendations sent soon after. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in finding out more about their genetic output, keeping in mind that a more in-depth study costs extra.

Please do not trust this company. They messed up with my order when I paid for the full package of 400 pound through my company. I never received the blood shot kit. And they said that they will refund it but they never did. Then they finally sent me another kit which it’s the premium kit and they took over two months for the result to come back but they have not send all the results as per their package but they asked to upgrade to premium package even after already paid for that service . This company is a scam and they have not provided me with any refund of my £400 pound wasted in this incompetent and unprofessional service. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Not worth the time or money The sample process ran very smoothly and was easy to do - the instructions were very clear and I received regular updates on the progress. However I had an issue with seeing my results on my profile and it took a long time to fix - the customer service team really wasn't great. When I finally was able to see my results, I found it all pretty generic and then advice could have been copied and pasted from any health advice page/article i.e 'Eat more vegetables/don't eat too much sugary food'. Apart from the slightly higher need for certain nutrients/vitamins, I didn't learn anything I didn't already know - so to be honest, not worth the time or money. The follow up consultation was also pretty generic. Good if you know nothing about nutrition, but even if you have a basic understanding, there's not much you're going to learn. The line was also really bad and it was difficult to hear the person on the phone during the consultation which was a shame.

The service provided was first-class all the way and the lovely Carmyn was an absolute pleasure to talk too. I had no issues at any point and am looking forward to living a healthier (and hopefully longer) life.

The insights are fabulous, however, it's really hard to directly reach the team. It took 2-3 months to set up the consultation & I had privacy concerns that were not addresssed. Hopeful that the team ramps up their customer support as they continue to grow. Great product otherwise!

I don't know where to complain about the book that in months is still arriving. Probably missed!!!! This site is poorly structured.

They promise “fine tuning” of your diet but merely told me to eat a balanced diet, which isn’t news to anyone. I attempted to contact them to see about at least a partial refund and had much difficulty in doing so. Absolutely worthless.
