It should be noted that they do not send the cookbook to people outside the UK their is no note of this before paying for a cookbook.

i got the results back quite quickly, interesting to know what vitamins i need more of was really helpful all round good company and the lady i spoke to who ran through what everything means was really helpful as there was a lot of info to go through. i have been upping my vitamin intake in line with my results and feeling much more energetic and generally much healthier

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered the health fit package a few years ago and finally got around to uploading my 23andMe data a couple years ago. I still do not have my results, I have contacted the company several times and they keep blaming IT but never actually resolve this or get back to me. This has been going on for YEARS with no resolution. They haven't offered to put a new package on my profile to see if that works, they haven't offered my money back... nothing. This seems like a wonderful product if you can get it to work, but unfortunately I don't think I will ever experience that.

this is a scam! I purchased the 23 and Me one kit, did exactly what they asked me to do, and they send me email states the report is ready. But when I trying to access the result, the web page doesn't load up! Don't buy it!

I don't think results will make the difference other than to have balanced diet and style of life, also I had many problems to access the website and to generate reports for example the bone mineral and density, I just finally got the report after some months of trying and just viewing a white page.

As I already had a 23andme account I opted to get my data transferred which it said was immediate. It didn’t work at all, not even after 24 hours, just always said loading. Contacted customer services and they said they have put in a refund request and will email me when confirmation of the request has come through. They still haven’t emailed me, despite me emailing again a further three or four times. Don’t waste your time buying this as you won’t receive the product or a refund!!

Overall very satisfaying. Very helpful customer service and easy to manage. Clear information and helpful tips to improve your health and fitness. Lacked the last bit of recommendations agreed to be send after the voice meeting though.

The only issue I had with the company was getting my sanpleto their processing center. International shipping cost me extra and one sample got lost in the mail because their shipping never mentioned the destination country. Getting in touch with customer service about this issue was a hassle because my emails weren't going through properly. Other than that, it was fine!

If I could select no stars I would. I returned my sample in July with delivery receipt. It was signed for but when I didn't receive any updates or results and my account continued to say that they were still waiting for my sample I reached out. I provided the tracking information showing proof of delivery and was told my sample could not be located. When I questioned how that was possible when someone signed for it I was told things would be escalated to a supervisor.....its been radio silence since. At this point I just want a refund and wish I knew what happened to my sample. Very disappointed, would not recommend!!!!

I recommend DNAFIT to people who are trying everything to improve their health with no results. This will break down EXACTLY what you and your body needs. No word can explain how wonderful my consultation with Yuri was. Such an eye opener and it gave me hope and motivation. She explained things so well and was beyond helpful. I’m ready and excited to start my journey with EXACTLY what I need to do for MY BODY/ genetic needs. No more spending money on nonsense. DNAFIt will make sense in all aspects

Had an amazing consultation session, however I feel it was a bit quick for me to catch up with most of what we communicated about, but the amazing thing is that there is an email to complement what was communicated in the consultation session 👌

I've purchased the fitness package and upon receiving the results after nearly 6 weeks, I've not been impressed with the information. The reports are packed with lots of pictures and "Did you know" statements, very little information about your own body. In addition, I was surprised that couple of items did not apply to me all. They were not part of my lifestyle. Also, after reading all short (a half page) reports, I was not any smarter. I knew a lot of stuff from simply observing my training and eating habits, using a trial and error method, and doing online research. This test is not worth the money. Also, the cookery book arrived 2 months later. I thought, it'd be tailored to my DNA composition and vegetarian diet that I follow but it's just the one size fits all book, packed with both meat and veggie recipes. Again, not impressed. My fitness consultation was with some junior lady, who clearly read a script, it was very robotic and again, I knew more than she did but I let her talk. I had to reminder her that I am not a pro athlete ie training is not my paid job, and so I cannot be stuck at the gym for 2 hrs 5-6 days a week. I don't think she understood that the whole point of doing this experiment is to improve my performance and weight loss. The exercises are more for young athletes and failed to be tailored around the client needs, age, etc. For example, I will not be doing sets of sprints followed by jumps on the box! In overall, this was a very expensive experience. Not tailored to your own DNA at all, your personal goals, the diet you follow, the lifestyle you live, etc. I do not recommend it as you learn nothing about yourself anyway but they gain information about you. So think twice.

The Test result were informative but all the services around it being billable is not presented enough before you purchase the test. I mean everything is an additional cost you could offer one of them guys. The App is okay not revolutionary.

I had a high expectations in understanding how my body works, namely to help me not only to understand the nutritional aspect but also coupled with the right exercise to help me stay at my ideal weight and healthy long term. My experience is mixed. I purchased the kit a year ago, applied the results to my diet, but instead of loosing weight, I started gaining the weight. Even though I followed the recommendation, results are disappointing, because it is not helping achieve my goals.

I think this is excellent for beginners in Health & Fitness however, when you get to a more intermediate/advanced level of experience, the level of detail is not there to really help you drill down, analyse and implement.

Good to have this test done.early the better. Many things you might not even thought about the food you intake and your body can reacts to it is clearly included in the report.
