Can't rate anything yet - haven't received package!

I had ordered from the Vet Shed in many occasions however my latest experience is by far the worst ever from any online merchant. My order was placed on 17 July arrived in HK 2 August and I still have not received my purchases. Numerous emails had been sent with an initial very unhelpful response and subsequent emails had been ignored...why is it so difficult to reply to a customer where things are and offer a solution in the event if it’s lost? I work hard to pay for my purchases the least they can do is to offer constructive solutions...I had orders from amazon recently and had no issue receiving packages as the local post services and courier services are open. I just want to share this with overseas patrons who are considering order online with this merchant to reconsider...I would research for similar items on other platforms for options

Order and deliver process tracking were excellent. However, the "beetle boot jack cast iron item" was below quality expectations. The casting was twisted and does not sit flat.

Best dog coat I have ever purchased. The clips are fantastic,theres no way this coat will come off without human help. Packaged well and presented on a coat hanger. Great communication every step of the way. Highly recommended. Will purchase from The Vet Shed again.
