I received a faulty product - which the customer service team said was a great fit only to say later that it did not fit when it suited them. On the phone I was told that "I'll be ending this call" by the lady as she said this conversation was going back and forth? I have NEVER been spoke to like this by any other customer service personal. ALSO I had to phone as my claim had been escalated - very discriminate towards people who are mute/unable to access a phone - but apparently company policy. The lady shouted and proceeded to speak in a rude tone throughout the whole conversation. Please keep in mind this is over just $15 return cost.... Which I am now paying. ALSO postage took a month to arrive. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

Fast fulfilment but 6 small tablets came in a box half the size of a tissue box with wasteful padding when a simple letter envelope would have sufficed, saving postage and the environment.
