Love this company! Am so very happy with the service I've received from The Vet Shed team. We have two little kitties with really sensitive stomachs and we rely on very specific prescription food to keep them eating and well. We had just returned home from overseas to a 'lock down' in Australia and were not prepared for the panic-buying and stock-piling that had depleted supplies everywhere. After placing our order online, I spoke with one of the Customer Service team, who was both understanding and empathetic and reassured me they would do the best they can - given they were inundated with orders. I was so deeply appreciative that within a week or so (whilst we were still in our 14 day quarantine) they were able to support and fulfill our full order - covering 2 months of food for our kitties. Really happy with the experience of purchasing online but it is now over a week later and I still have not received my package - despite selecting 'Fastway' courier service... On processing I was advised that delivery would arrive 3 days ago... pretty disappointing and a very hungry cat! UPDATE: Package arrived about 10 minutes after I posted this review - what a relief! Delivery lady very apologetic :)
