J'ai acheté le 8 août des lunettes Oakley auprès de cette société. Rien à dire je les ai reçues, mais elles ne me convenaient pas et j'ai donc démarré un processus de retour. L'article a été renvoyé le 17/08 et reçu le 24/08 (ils me l'ont eu même confirmé par écrit). Depuis ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de mes >200€ et c'est à moi de leur écrire chaque semaine pour lire le traditionnel "on s'en occupe". Bref j'ai du créer un litige paypal et démarrer une procédure via Amex pour que mon remboursement soit effectué.
