Ordine annullato dopo più di un mese di attesa. Servizio clienti pessimo. Dopo vari solleciti prodotto mai arrivato. Chiesto rimborso il 25 marzo e ancora niente. Adesso si passa ad azioni legali

Bloß nicht bei diesem Laden kaufen. Für zurückgeschickte Ware wird das Geld nicht zurückgezahlt. So wurden wir um über 450€ betrogen. Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich und wenn bekommt man nur vorgefertigte Antworten per Mail. Was viele nicht wissen, bei zurückgeschickter Ware hat man keinen Käuferschutz, und wenn die das Geld einfach behalten - wie in unserem Fall - hat man keine Chance, da der Laden in Italien ist. Also Finger weg von dieser Firma.

Order #141786 I ordered a wetsuit and paid EUR 200 for it. However, my order is stuck in the UK SDA operation centre because I have to pay the UK customs duty. Apparently, custom duty should be paid directly to EMS, the shipping courier, but delivery was never attepmted, and EMS UK phone number is not operational. Also, there is no option to contact the UK SDA operation centre?! Next time, I will just buy from the Scubastore, prices are very similar or even better, and their customer service has improved a lot over the years. I am buying scuba diving equipment for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Mi dispiace dopo alcuni altri acquisti andati bene,dare una stella,non per i prodotti che sono ovviamente ok perché fatti da altre aziende, ma perché ho aspettato 1 mese più di quanto avevano detto,mi sono sempre dovuto informare io altrimenti nessuna comunicazione da parte del venditore..e poi...continue scuse....Inoltre l'imballaggio che conteneva la mia asta fucile è arrivato con l'asta che fuoriuscita dal cartone.che si era ovviamente bucato....quindi direi arrivata per miracolo.....imballo pessimo... Consiglio i prodotti ma non il venditore.....

Invece di chiedere recensioni che saranno totalmente negative potreste farmi sapere quando avete intenzione di chiudere l’ordine del 25 Dicembre tornandomi i miei soldi o facendomi avere quanto richiesto. Io pago regolarmente i miei fornitori a 30/60 f.m. E loro mi inviano quanto richiesto.
