Ordered 4 items, one being a girls bike. Arrived 21st December and only received 2 things, rest being out of stock. All were children's presents, so had to chase for a refund and was late giving my granddaughter her present due to their total mess up with the deliveries, will never use again

I am still very disappointed in the complete christmas hamper that I recieved, as the products were not name brand as suggested and for the price paid over £350 was very shocked especially when you advertise brands like paxo, heinz and Branston pickle, i recieved what looks like cheaper options from aldi.. also a few different brands I never even heard of. if I didnt add sweet sensation to my order at an extra price on top, I would of had to share one single fruit pastile pack with family (I thought atleast 1 pack of 4) instead of 2 single sweets each out a pack. So overall The quality in my eyes just didnt meet the price or standard that was paid for so I will not be returning here again. This was my first time with you guys as I used to do park christmas hampers so when saw yours I thought it was the same products and images that's was advertise as there's, so you can imagine the shock I got when I recieved products that didn't match the description. I was really looked forward to recieve this but I shouldn't of bothered. Thank you for replying back but it wasn't the same as description yes understand subs but didnt find out until opening the box, what about non branded stuff that was sent alright was same product but cheaper option any how is what it is. Might be Good for some but not for me.

Hampers were lovely 😊 a was panicking about delivery though as hadn’t heard anything however they arrived a few days before Christmas 🎄 Couldn’t fault the hampers everything was used and my grandchildren were so excited to open the big box 😊well worth the money 💰

I bought a white meat hamper, with turkey. The bacon, sausages and all the white meat were delicious!! Definitely would buy again. However, I bought a cadburys hamper, and several bars of chocolate were out of date. We loved the sweet sensation hamper.

No complaints, delivery came when scheduled, no complaints with anything in the hamper, customer service are all friendly and helpful. Will definitely be ordering again at the end of the month. Brilliant service

this is the second year we have had hampers from bilco and we haven't been disappointed yet. always arrives in good time for Christmas and the payment play is easy to fit in with my lifestyle.

First meat hampers I have had from Bilco, the meat is so nice, and have ordered again. I'm so happy that I did order,as I my food bill is so much lighter ,if you have never ordered from Bilco take a look and take the plunge, I couldn't rate them enough, highly recommended.
