I was so pleased with my purchase for this year thT I have already made my purchase for 2022 and knowi g my payments go weekly ido t have to worry for next Xmas because I am prepared so much easier and less worry.

Really disappointed my first time of buying is not worth it i should have use the money i spent to buy from Morrison or Tesco break down in tears when i open the box . a box of beef burger with price on £2.99 what a disgrace , BAD COMPANY. Never again.

Really disappointed. Many items substituted and not named brands really not worth what I paid at all. This was my first time and will not be purchasing again, I could have bought it all for a fraction of the cost

I'm a bit disappointed in my hamper that I recieved, as some products were not name brand as suggested and for the price paid over £350 was abit shocked especially when it's advertise to have brands like baxo, heinz and Branston pickle I recieved what looks like cheaper options ie bartons and a few different brands I never heard of. if I didn't add sweet sensation to my order at an extra price on top I would of had to share one single fruit pastile pack with family I thought atleast 1 pack of 4. The quality in my eyes just didn't meet the price or standard. This is my first time with you guys so was quite abit shocked as was really looking forward to recieve this, like most people Christmas is always hard this time of year for everyone but now i have two weeks to replace items at extra cost. I will be looking else where as you live and learn but might be good for some but not this customer I'm afraid.

Fantastic hampers! Bursting with products, everything you would want for Christmas. Also so handy to have the option of paying it off through the year!

I have to review here to say how very impressed I am with my Christmaz Hampers. I used to order every year, from various suppliers, when my kids were young but they were full of things I didn't need for Chridtmas and things I'd never use. But these are absolutely AMAZING. I've never seen so much in a hamper and everything will get used. I will definitely be ordering again for next year. Can't thank you enough. I'm so, so happy...like a big kid at Christmas

I came across bilco direct by accident and my first time using them. I had a nose and made orders. received them today and wow, I'm really impressed and very very happy with them. and the payment set up and plan was in my budget. was so easy to order and put in place. I'm so so happy with the products. I have recommended them to family and friends for next. I highly recommend. the delivery guy was lovely too. did wake me up early on a Saturday morning 😂. I will be using bilco forever now

This is my first year using bilco. Have to say very happy, they emailed regarding a few d/d I'd missed, payments were amended by them and I asked if I could pay remainder of the balance early they amended the d/d looking forward to receiving my hamper in Nov. Takes a lot of the worry off Xmas for me as won't need to do the mad Xmas supermarket run

This is my 1st year useing this site Just orderd yesterday but need a little help with payment ect I asked to pay fortnightly bit never gave price will this give me price when it arrives.

There was a bit of a mixup with my order but foned up spoke to a lovely man called glen and he amended my order straight away without no hassle really friendly man.
