Ordered for first time in 2023 selected Worcester bronze meat hamper, buffet hamper, red wine hamper and a few non food items. I was very happy and this years order has been placed. Highly recommended and their customer service is excellent and products are spot on perfect. No problem if you miss a payment they automatically adjust for next month I really can’t find fault with Bilco. Looking forward to Xmas 24 with Bilco and many more too…..Thank you Bilco😃

I ordered the wouster gold meat hamper and the cupboard hamper with the turkey crown and I also order a large batery powered car for our daughter and Nintendo switch for our youngest son. Bilco kept me up to date when deliveries was due of the console as well as my main hampers and the cars staff are so helpful as I thought the car came by courier and not with the hampers when I rang bilco up they was so helpful and explain to me the bigger boxed item come with the meat hamper I was so relived it saved me stressing lot at Christmas

Knowing I didn't have to stand in supermarket ques for my grocery's and have what I need delivers direct to my door was the best feeling ever when I had so much to do Bilco were on hand everyday with any questions I had and I'd a fast response and knowing my orders are protected with payments helps. I highly recommend this company to all for hampers and gifts -they even delivers early to the Scottish Highlands for free which is a bonus! I've now ordered the same for next Xmas 2024 complete Xmas and combi hampers which has everything including my new yr drink -i can't wait !

Lovely service good products

We had great service from Bilco and had lovely hampers although there was items that my family don't like but I will be ordering again because it wasn't such a mad rush to get shopping done this year and no queuing which to me is a bonus
