I was very impressed with Sharon who took my call, she went above and beyond the normal levels of customer service. My query was not straightforward, she took the time to get to the bottom of the issue which involved her having to phone my insurer and holding for a long time in their queuing system then calling me back with a detailed response to my issue.

Unprofessional & Rude Customer service When it comes to Flag insurance think twice. Think of unwanted stress and frustration. Get ready to face rude and Bossy flag customer service team. First you have a lengthy battle with their automated phone service to try to get through to a real human being. When I finally got through, the guy I spoke to was rude and abrupt. He made no attempt to be friendly or pleasant. He couldn't offer me any explanation for the price offered. He was interruptive and Bossy. It was a hostile phoning experience. Instead getting in touch with my last insurer flag insurance made me to get the no claim bonus. Although I forwarded several emails from my last insurer, they shoot tons of emails and messages threatening me for Policy cancellation. So my advice no go with flag insurance. Bad customer service.
