The company is great but the Broker is not patient a bit rude as he can be patient but it looks like someone pressuring him with talking on the phone to customers.

Lewis, - the person who dealt with my proposal - was difficult to hear on occasion throughout the interview/detail gathering etc.. due to the background noise within his office environment. People could be heard in the background speaking loudly with other customers. I can only assume that they operate out of a SMALL office packed with too many people! Apart from this, I felt that I was treated in a professional manner. Lewis was patient and polite during the process.
