Yasmina would get 10 stars if I could, very professional. Explained every aspect of policy clearly (never had before in my 5 years as Taxi Driver). Understood my questions, most importantly- I received my documents while Yasmina on phone!!. So Taxi drivers, you may have tried the rest, now go for the best. Forgot to mention the very competitive price Flag gave (£100 cheaper than broker I've been with for 4 years), without a black box!! Flag would get lots of business if advertised in Taxi groups /brochures... Many thanks Yasmina.

Actually it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company, he was absolutely superb.
