Helpful info at the store. Enjoying the bed - its comfort and features!

I'm a chiropractor and love this bed, and pillow I also purchased. It's the perfect combination of comfort and support and has improved that all important foundation of health ... sleep.

I recently purchased the Back Science mattress, and it has been a game-changer for my sleep quality. Sales staff was very friendly, showed us many options and didn't try to push us to one product. We were able to make our decision and customize the mattress for us.

My wife and I received excellent service at the store. Within a minute of entering the store someone was already available to answer our questions and help us try a couple of mattresses of various build and price ranges. The staff was knowledgeable about the various options and did not rush us at all.

Bed was delivered and I needed more support. My wife's side was fine. They sent out reps who replaced the foam on my side (only) with one that was more supportive and firmer. It is helping a lot wwith my back pain and if I need more support during the first year they will come out again if it needs adjustment. Great service.

Exceptional sales staff. My wife and I spoke to each staff member in the store the day of our purchase. Each of them was extremely helpful and did not attempt to hurry a sale. They all gave us a tremendous amount of time to lay on numerous mattresses and ask countless questions. We ultimately chose a Back Science mattress and we are grateful and happy we did. The mattress has given me the support needed for my troublesome back. The service was great from the sales staff to the delivery staff. We are confident the service will continue be great if we need any customization to our mattress with that included service. We thank the Back Science crew greatly.

We received our new bed, a week ago. We specifically purchased this mattress, because I have had three back surgeries, due to extensive osteoarthritis. It is very comfortable, and is a huge difference, from our other one. Both my husband and I, have never slept better! I highly recommend this mattress, especially for people with back issues.

As soon as you walk in the door for this company, you feel valued. Each time my wife and I went to check out the beds, we were greeted, offered water and asked what assistance we needed. We explained our initial needs to the salesperson, who listened intently, asked follow questions and made recommendations based off of his listening. We went right to the Back Science models and feel in love with the product, even before asking the price! Having spent 6 months researching and trying all the top name adjustable beds, purchasing a bed that we had never heard of was not easy, but this is easily the best purchase I could have made. From the service, delivery team, the set up, the quality…everything was delivered as promised. Being on my feet for 10-12 hours per day for work, on concrete floors has caused many body aches. But after just two months, I have been pain free. I never thought a mattress would make such a difference in my quality of life or my wife’s! I definitely recommend giving this bed a try!

Thrilled with my new Back Science mattress. This mattress has changed the way I sleep. After recovering from a major surgery I was having difficulty side sleeping and found myself tossing and turning constantly. This mattress has been extremely comfortable. My sleep issues have greatly improved. My Garmin wearable even says I've been sleeping better too. Thank you Rick for an awesome mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone.

Back Science has helped me SLEEP through the night again! No Joke. Years of restless sleepless nights have dissipated since switching to Nack Science bed. Rick and his staff were beyond helpful and courteous. Once my husband and I received our new bed and slept on it for a month, we felt it needed it to be a bit more firm. No Problem, Back Science gave us what was needed and voila. I must also note the Motion Transfer is non existent… cannot feel anything if one of us gets in or out of bed. Thank you Back Science!

We went into the Back Science store after visiting the national brand stores. Rick, the owner, and his entire, staff were very patient, explained all of the pros and cons of ALL beds (including their own), answered all of our many questions, and let us make the final decision on the bed we liked best. We ended up ordering the Split Top Series 3 Back Science Hybrid Mattress, along with their back flex adjustable base. They were just delivered a week ago, and we love it! We could not be more happy with our purchases. In addition to the mattress being extremely comfortable, and the bed frame having more features than we know what to do with (which we are also enjoying) we also got the Back Science sheets and pillows that are soft and comfortable, and help us enjoy a great night's sleep. Their prices were also very fair and competitive. Lastly, every person from the sales staff, the delivery guys and their customer service staff, have been friendly, helpful and made our purchase and delivery of our new bed, seamless. I highly recommend Back Science to anyone looking for a new bed and a great night's sleep.
