My wife and I decided to get a new bed. We shopped extensively online and at brick and mortar stores and found the Back Science store in Agoura Hills. Our sales person (Jordan) listened to us attentively and showed us what we were looking for and then suggested their own brand (Back Science). Now that we’ve had our bed for about three months, I wanted to give an update on how well we like the bed. We love it! Long story short, we were quite impressed with the features and reasoning behind the features, as well as the comfort. Jordan got the owner (Rick) involved, who is also a chiropractor and creator of the bed we purchased.

We loved the personalized fit by Dr Rick for our new split queen mattresses especially since we found Temper-Pedic no longer makes the split queen size. The best thing, though, was the BackScience response when the mattress on my husband's side needed custom adjustments. They came out within a day or two, did the necessary tweaking and then called some time later to see if it helped him sleep better. He asked for a bit more adjustment, and again they came out within a day or so. They even left the components they removed in case we'd need them later. My husband has slept more comfortably since the 2nd visit. We couldn't recommend Back Science's attention to detail with the custom fit more highly, and from the initial visit to the Relief-Mart store to the last adjustment we've been so impressed with the pleasant, friendly and timely customer service.

We visited the shop 3 times before making up our minds. Each time the sales personnel were very courteous, helpful, patient, and encouraged us to take our time making a decision.

Back Science mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, accessible, helpful and very kind to their customers. We asked for a modification for our mattress and it was handled quickly and with detailed attention. The minute I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed helped. I mentioned that I was here to look at certain brands of mattresses. They proceeded to show me where I could find them. I was able to test the different ones for a while. They came back to check on me periodically and ask if I had any questions. After testing the ones I wanted and having a conversation of what I wanted or needed as I was suffering of back pain, they asked if I would be interested in looking at one other mattress. Once I laid on the back sciences mattress, I could tell that I had found the one. Went home and brought my husband on Superbowl Sunday and he immediately said this is the one. The customer service was amazing through the whole process. Rick worked with us and ensured we got exactly what we needed and wanted all the way till delivery. Let me tell you I have been having the best sleep since early March. I wake up rested and with no aches. I love our adjustable frame and mattress. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Our journey to finding a new mattress took us to several stores before finding the Back Science bed brand. From the moment we met Dr. Rick, we knew we were in the right place. With his background as a chiropractor, he was able to ask us all the right questions to meet our individual needs to obtain the perfect mattress for both of us. A special program he invented aided him to measure our spines to insure the correct fit. He was able to show us a variety of brands, but in the end, Back Science was the best. My experience with the back science bed was nothing short of amazing. In the wake of my back injury three years ago, I really needed to change my mattress as the injury would get aggravated every night. Upon walking into the store. Great service and a quality product

First off I want say Rick the owner and his staff is as good as they get when it comes to customer service. I bought one of his speciality beds, back science with an adjustable box spring. We almost got the right fit the first time, but with a little adjustment of softness added to the mattress, they got it spot on. Their store has a good vibe, they are not pushy for the sell but offer great input and listen to your needs, plus their prices are very competitive. Don't waste your time with other retail bed companies, this is your one stop shop, their showroom is huge and they have a big selection of bed sizes and firmness from soft, medium to firm and all sizes of beds from twins to doubles, queen to cal kings and they even make custom super beds. Highly Recommend!!

Our in store and purchase experience was great. We walked into the store on a whim and had nearly purchase a bed next door but we happened to have the man who designed the beds help us, in store, and he was really knowledgeable and knew what we needed to make our sleeping experience better. We've had our bed for almost a month now and our backs are already feeling much better. I do not wake up with pain! Also, we LOVE the zero g bases and have talked most of our friends into getting one.

We went to the Back Science Store looking for a specific mattress and after being able to try it, we realized it was too soft for us. Staff were friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable, they were able to show us multiple options at different price points without added pressure. After trying different mattresses we fell in love with the Back Science 2 mattress. What stood out was how comfortable it was, as I’m an all over sleeper and it almost felt like we were stretching laying down on it. So far we’ve only slept on it a few days, so I will do a later update on this comfort journey.
