Loaded an electricity bill. Got call back in 5 minutes from a young guy who could speak English without a hard to understand accent. Got me a better deal than I got with an hour of phone conversation my current supplier whom I had been with for 16 years. No heavy sales pressure but I was made aware of other services they offer. Happy with the result and ease of process.
