Australia | 31 January 2025During a new connection your company representative told me that there was no extra fee to get the power turned on for the next day because " you've called just at the right time before the 1pm cut off" During the process however the rep found out " the rules must have just changed and it was going to cost me an $140 to have power the next day. Even though he was "really sorry" I had to prolong my connection 3 more days till Monday and hope the residual power from the previous tenant remains till after the weekend.
