Tilley & Grace always gives a wonderfully warm impression. 🙄 The super spectrum of colours, skilfully arranged in their different hues, is aesthetically pleasing, adds to the warmth and because garments & accessories are grouped in order, makes it easy to find one’s way around. There is a friendly greeting and offer of help if needed but customers can wander at leisure, “just looking” .. in comfort .. enhancing the shopping experience, enabling time to choose, which is a boon. Any assistance asked for is given with grace & professionalism and is most helpful.

Lovely boutique great selection of beautiful products. I’ve bought a few items now from here and the quality is lovely and so are the ladies. Highly recommended.

I love this store. The clothes are so different to what you would buy elsewhere. The staff are really friendly, and offer great advise on outfits. This store has become one of my go to shops for clothes and accessories ❤️

I visited the lovely shop in Holt. I bought a fabulous dress in the sale. Such beautiful, bright colourful clothes. The shop is also beautifully designed and laid out. Super friendly staff. Will be one of my frequently visited clothes shops

Whilst on holiday in Southwold I visited the shop twice - and purchased some items on both occasions! Who wouldn’t be tempted by the beautiful bright colours and well laid out shop! I have also made an online order since our return - I can see myself wanting to visit Southwold again very soon! Great shop, colourful pieces and friendly staff - what’s not to love?!

My whole shopping experience at the Holt shop, was very pleasant from start to finish. The lady who served me was very polite and helpful in advising on a choice of colours for the 2 tops l purchased. All the clothes were very stylish and of good quality For a small shop, I didn't feel obliged or pressured to purchase the tops. I'm looking forward to shopping at Tilley and Grace again.

Tilley and Grace have a large range of colours and the pashminas were sent quickly and wrapped beautifully, like a present. They are soft and comfortable to wear and I hope won't pill too much.

Have visited the Southwold & Aldeburgh shops whilst on holiday. The shops are beautifully laid out & very inviting , gorgeous colours. The staff are very helpful & friendly. My latest purchase was online, the India cross body bag, I already have it in navy, a great bag& really good quality. The bag came really quickly.I appreciated the dust bag & pretty tissue paper.

When visiting Southwold I always pop into the shop & buy a few bits. This time we also went to Holt, so an extra treat coming across the shop. It was Sunday so we weren’t able to go into the outlet. Friendly, helpful staff.

I’m usually a little bit wary of going into small clothes shops as I always feel obliged to buy something but this shop is different. The staff are always welcoming without pressurising people. Nice clothing and reasonable prices. My latest purchase was a long sleeveless cardigan which I’m very pleased with. Always look forward to visiting when we’ve driven up to Holt from Caister On Sea.
