I ordered 4 jumpers on Boxing Day - such good value in the sales! I was surprised that despite the Bank Holiday, they arrived in three days! They were well packaged and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper Thanks Tilley and Grace!

Our annual Christmas trip brings us near to Tilly and Grace. We had super service and a hint to hang on for an item which I then bought in the sale. Consequently I spent the money I saved by ordering the same item in a different colour on-line! Your staff are always lovely and friendly. That makes a huge difference! A fabulous experience all round.

My beautiful jumper arrived very quickly wrapped in pretty pink tissue paper, I’m very pleased and will absolutely have no hesitation in shopping online again.
