Lovely shops, good to browse, attentive but not pushy. I find that the one size policy does not always suit as I prefer some things to fit but overall good quality merchandise.

The scarf is as lovely as it’s online photo. Better because the silk is so floaty and soft, and the colours are so vibrant. It arrived before the promised date - so I’m well pleased. Love the packaging by the way!

Having seen a coat and regretted not buying it, I called Tilley and Grace head office…. Mollie was an absolute superstar, she found the exact one I wanted, which happened to be the last one they had. She sent it in the Royal Mail, it arrived safely and is lovely! Such great customer service.
