Love their ponchos as always . Sadly they don’t follow instructions regarding change of address - still got sent to the address I didn’t want it too 🤷‍♀️.

Jumper, trousers and skirt ordered online and was received within 5 days each item carefully wrapped in tissue paper. I wasn’t disappointed, all items fit well and look great (I’m a size 14 and 5ft 3. ) I have purchased a few pieces now from T&G and they wash well and still look good more than a year later.

Ordered online with 20% off so good value. Love the cardigan! Great quality and fit. Will wear it often I think. Unfortunately the jeans were too big so have had to return those.

So many lovely colourful things in your shop that it was difficult to restrain myself. In the end I opted for an orange poncho and it looks fabulous on especially with the olive green and chocolate brown items I already have. I'll be back soon for anther browse.

I found the shop purely by chance whilst walking around Southwold and I could not have been more delighted. The colors for the winter collection were bright and cheerful in the middle of a very cold, grey Saturday afternoon. The two ladies in the shop were extremely helpful I would have no hesitation in recommending Tilley and Grace in Southwold.

I always feel like I’m getting a great shopping experience with lots of help and advice from the lovely Gemma and staff.They offer advice and suggestions and ensure that you have a really good time. I always go home with something that I know I will enjoy wearing a lot ❤️

My friend and myself visited Tilly & Grace in Aldburgh,we were met by two very friendly assistants!, We were browsing and they showed us some items that had just come in to stock,the long and short of it we both ended up with the items they showed us.Such lovely clothes and such lovely staff! Very happy with our purchases.

Pretty looking cape although the quality wasn’t quite as good as I’d hoped. Also the colour was a little darker than the picture suggested. The returns policy wasn’t good enough for me to purchase online from them again, but would always use the shops which are lovely.

Visited the Woodbridge store with my sister and cousin. I’ve been struggling to find any trousers I can wear due to pain left from surgery - bought several pairs of the trousers and a skirt it’s so nice to be wearing trousers again after 2 years of dresses they are so comfortable and will be back online to buy more. Staff so friendly and helpful can’t thank you enough

Assistant was very helpful bringing jumpers to me in the changing room and checking out choice of colours and styles.

Took a friend to the Aldeburgh shop. Both bought beautiful bits for Christmas presents. Always a lovely selection and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Always visit Tilley and Grace when I'm in Holt. Love the shop, the staff and the beautiful colours available in clothes. All at a reasonable price as well.

Aldeburgh store ladies were lovely. They even held my dog whilst I tried on a skirt. Delighted with my new purchase!

First time visit to the shop, we were on a day out to Aldeburgh and saw the gorgeous pink sign, my daughter and my mum came in too, the shop was beautifully laid out, love how everything was in colour blocks, gorgeous range of products. The ladies were very helpful and friendly, I fell in love with a bag and although it was expensive and more than I would normally spend on a bag I just couldn’t help myself! My daughter purchased a pair of earrings too. Can’t recommend this shop enough and will definitely be going on the website to purchase more items.

Love the Southwold store - the staff are always welcoming and offer great advice on how to put an outfit together, can always find something different here, even though the town has a good variety of shops. My go-to since moving to Suffolk!
