the absolute best company ever, i bought this bracelet in remembrance of a passed loved one, however, one of the pieces of the bracelet broke, unsure how as it was kept in perfect condition, but tilley&grace were able to send me out a perfect replacement, now i have my beautiful bracelet back home with me ❤️ all my love 🩷

I was on a short break away and went to Woodbridge, so popped into the store there. The lady in store was really lovely, friendly and helpful. There was a good range of lovely items to choose from and some really beautiful colours. I picked a bright blue jumper as I just loved the colour. Such a lovely welcoming shopping experience as always in your stores.

I visit all of your shops, and they are all very good. A wonderful shop, staff are just so polite and helpful without pressuring you in to a purchase.Visited Woodbridge branch recently and purchased some lovely earrings, when i got home i realised they were scratched, the staff exchanged them for the same pair again which were perfect. The lady was more than helpful and didnt question my return and dealt with the problem in a very stress free manner. This excellent service makes you want to return and shop again and again. Thank you for your kind and helpful service. Such a wonderful company.

Whilst visiting Holt popped in to have a ‘little look’. What a fabulous store, loved how everything was colour coordinated. The ladies were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. Ended up buying 3 jumpers and could have bought a lot more. A good selection to choose from and a pleasure to shop.

Sam in Holt was fab, a great help even when the shop was very busy. There’s lots of really lovely bits in this shop.

Recently made a trip to Aldeburgh!! It poured with rain, I got drenched!! Had to visit your shop and purchase practically a new outfit, jumper, trousers, socks and a gorgeous scarf!! The lady who helped me was so patient and kind and very helpful with colours etc!!!
