A fashion sweet shop full of favourite pick n' mix items that make you feel fabulous! Beautiful, enticing window displays that lure you in. Clothes and acessories are arranged by colour, which makes it easy to match items. Friendly staff who give you time to wander around before offering advice or help if needed. A real gem on Southwold's High Street.

I shopped at the Holt shop this week and bought a really lovely roll neck sweater and a pashmina. The quality of both is excellent and the prices very fair. The atmosphere of the shop is always good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I wish more shops were like that.

I recently ordered an item as a Christmas gift, when it was delivered, the Jiffy bag was open and empty except for the delivery note! Postman said it could have been the Royal Mail sorting machinery that caused damage to the packaging. I contacted Tilley and Grace asking if they could send me a replacement. They responded within 24 hours saying they were sorry my item hadn’t been received and they were more than happy to send a replacement which was despatched within 48 hours.

Always lovely to pop into your 2 holt shops .. very friendly staff and the music you have on always a bonus.. love the clothes too !

I recently had a lovely weekend in Suffolk and visited the Tilley & Grace stores in both Aldeburgh and Southwold. They are both great stores with super friendly and helpful staff and I just love everything in the shop! Wonderful selection of clothes, scarves, handbags and jewellery and everything tones and mixes and matches so beautifully. I got so many great Christmas gifts for me, my sister and my friends!! I don't actually buy that many clothes these days, but when I do I check Tilley and Grace out first and they often have what I am looking for, and the staff are always lovely and very helpful , and it's a good place to go for presents

Wide range of purses, handbags and much more. Covers all ages from teens to trendy grandmas - me! When family come to visit we always head straight to your store. Staff always very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I always love a bit of Tilley & Grace and have lots of pieces in my wardrobe! The recent delivery experience was not up to the usual shop experience, my tracking advice by Royal Mail was confusing when I was promised a Monday delivery which actually seemed to be stuck at my local hub until late Wednesday! I think I’ll stick to real life shopping!

Went into the Woodbridge shop whilst we were away for a mini break. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the lovely bright colours.
