Ordered a cross and was not to my satisfaction. Returned and had to pay for return, however as of this date I have not received my refund. Unable to make contact since they do not give a contact number. The only number given is to place an order. Disappointed with customer service.

A number of specific saints icons were out of stock (St. Athanasius notably).

I spoke to a kind, friendly & patient person. AND she did not try to make me buy anything else, that can be a necessary part of speaking with a person these days instead of an automated voice over the phone.

I have been trying to order certain fragrances of incense and Monastery Icons have been out of the fragrances our Pastor wants for a couple of months. Everything was out of stock a few weeks ago. Luckily, today there was a few items. I'm just hoping the Pastor will like the different frangrances.

This order was few Icon plaques and some prints - all were beautifully stunning and such high quality of work, extremely pleased. In past I have ordered some of the Heirloom wooden statues and the 12" crucifix - which I have been extremely pleased with all the things I have ordered from Monastery Icons

My grandchildren got their nativity sets, and were very happy. Just disappointed with out of stock items. Do you know if they will be in stock for next year
