Easy to navigate the order. Order came quickly. Question: should the wooden icon I ordered come with a little wooden stick/dowel to prop it? I see in the back a carved out spot to store it but no stick?

I love these small icons. We had each child's patron saint over their bedroom doors. Now they are moving out and taking them with them, so we are now placing new patrons over our "guest rooms." I have a few others scattered around my house: St. Martha by my kitchen sink, St. Benedict by my work table, and St. Joseph over my husband's work bench. Little reminders of where our hearts should be.

Good selection of icons and good customer service on the phone. However, email response from customer service is slow.

The “icons” are poorly made the edges are rough and they did not fit my expectations. When paying thirty dollars for one “icon” you would expect high quality. I also found out that the company has some shady aspects and would not recommend buying anything from them.

Oh my goodness. Your website has so many glitches yesterday and this morning I almost gave up. I tried to finalize my order about 6 times yesterday. And 3 times this morning. I could not find any other option for shipping except standard shipping. Not sure how long it takes to get something from you, and I was hoping to get my order by this Saturday, 12/7.

The process was simple to register and my past orders where noticed and put on the same account. Was ask about item on out of stock if I wanted to be reminded when it was back on stock. I hope to be reminded of the item.
