As usual, the icons are top grade. However, you ran out of stock. Understandable. A re-stock date was given and was accurate. However a notice went out two weeks before the restock date which said they were available. I kept trying order without success. I called the seller who could not tell me why one part of your system declared a full-restock and the other which held the customer to the announced new sell date. Eventually they went on sale a few days before the announced new sell date.

I had put my name/email in because the icon was out of stock. It took quite a while to get it back in stock, but they remembered without me ever bothering to remind them. I got an email reminder and ordered it. I am very satisfied, both with the icon and the customer service.

Quality products

Filling out the order form is way too complicated and they kept me havig to go back 3 or 4 tomes and each time they made me start all over. Surely this can be simplified. I truly love your products. Barbara Holaday

Website is easy to use, however price indicated free shipping. However, after entering all data the final price showed and shipping cost was an additional $22.95.

I LOVE that my favorite church style incense is available in stick form in my favorite scent. I stock up on this whenever it’s available, and makes great gifts for parishioners who cannot get enough of the real thing at church. When out of stock I sign up for the “notify me” option, and I get notifications when it’s ready for purchase again. I never have to wait too long, but I recommend to stock up!
