I ordered a necklace on May 24, 2023, and today is June 8, 2023. The website indicates that purchases are shipped within several days, but I haven’t received my order, yet. The tracking information on the site says, “pending.” Yesterday, May 23, 2023 I sent a request for an update, and I used the site’s customer service form. I provided all the requested information, including the order number; however, as of nearly midnight today I haven’t received an answer from customer service. I know that orders can be delayed sometimes, but there is no excuse for not communicating with a customer who requests information.

I love everything about your store. Beautiful items and excellent customer service. The only downside is making myself check out without adding everything I want to my cart. But that allows me to look forward to my next shopping trip.

This is my 2nd try to order.First order not notified item on backorder. I was told to keep calling to check on it, I did several times and last call was told you cancelled the order and refunded me a week previous. I appreciate that the last csr took the time to check into the order and not just keep telling me to call back. Poor system, no info sent. No follow up on your end.
