I place the order on 3/29/2023 and it has not even been sent yet. It is still be processed. I had to contact you to find out what was taking so long. You said it is being sent by someone who is not affiliated with you. I should have been told of the delay. And as of today, I still has not even been sent. If I do not get any response as to what is going on in a week or so, I want my money back and I will report you to consumer reports and other online sources.

April 11, 2023 I call and ordered plaque, "Christ the True Friend Icon, 4 x 4 with an Icon easel, small. I have been receiving Monastery Icons brochure for a number of years. I'm semi-retired in 2016 but sometime around 2010 a parishioner's daughter was married at St. Elizabeth. Her mother was Catholic and her dad was Russian Orthodox. His brother was a Orthodox priest and went to Russia brought back an icon of Saint Elizabeth, name of the parish. It was given to the parish in thanksgiving. I had a your brochure with a icon of Christ on a red background, on the front cover. We used that design to hang our Icon of St. Elizabeth in the church proper. I just ordered plaque of "Christ the The Friend." I have seen this often in your brochure and I finally bought it after two or three years and I now have bought it for a young man who is to be ordained in June of '23.
