There was a shipping delay, I'm guessing it was due to a holiday and big snow storm. However,499inks did their job by quickly sending out my product and it was the correct product. When I finally received it yesterday,it was easy to install and immediately printed high quality pictures with nice color. I am more than satisfied with the ink cartridges. And even more so with the customer support i received from 499inks. After my origial comment when i was dissatisfied, i immediately received an email offering me new shipping information besides what was on the usps wesite, which i was unaware of before. I will def be ordering my ink from them again and have already started telling my friends and family about 499inks.com

Very cost effective cartridges. takes some finesse to get recycled cartridges to work. Good instructions to manage problem with printer not recognizing recycled cartridge.

I was a little leary to order ink cartridges online-I had only done it once before and the cartridge did not perform well at all. In fact it left my hands and printer full of ink mess. However, I was tired of paying $32 for my ink. The cartridges I got from 499ink were terrific. They did some awesome work.I kept expecting them to run out. I had copied an ebook and did a mile of legal papers and was still going strong. I'm on my second order--$25 compared to $56 on old cartridges. That speaks for itself

I didn't get the ink I ordered and had a hard time trying to fill out the contact form to report the wrong ink. I needed the ink and can't use my printer, and really hope I do not have to pay more to exchange the ink for what I ordered because I won't. I don't even want to wait around for the correct ink.

I'd love to comment on this product/purchase. One problem: it STILL hasn't arrived! Based on previous reviews and on notification of processing, I expected delivery days ago. I only clicked 1 star because I have nothing to review.

Aside from an initial spurt of ink when I removed the rigid plastic packaging (Be prepared!) the ink worked just fine. At least you know the cartridge is filled all the way up.

One day after ordering over $60 of ink, there was a promotion for $5 off $25 and free shipping. I feel this should have applied to my order.

It was very easy and inexpensive to order from 499inks. The purchase I made was exactly what I needed and it didnt take forever to get in the mail. I refered several friends and they also ordered. Will order again.

I ordered replacement Epson 125 cartridges, and they work just as well as original for half the price. It's a no brainier!

I purchase inks for two different model printers. Never had a problem with my printers recognizing the cartridges. Their prices are great $4.99/cartridge and $4.99 for shipping the entire order. I ordered 7 cartridges and shipping - $4.99. Would definitely recommend 499inks.com to anyone for home or business.
