Your complete and accurate order is delivered in protective packaging. The only thing is that for $4.99 delivery it arrives 10 days after you have ordered your cartridges. You can pay extra and even extra for 2 business day delivery which defeats the purpose of the $4.99 per cartridge.

Great price. Ink worked well in my printer I got my ink at a decent time even though it was right at Christmas. They even sent me a truffle with my order. This is the first time I have bought ink from 499inks and it will not be the last. This is where you need to buy ink from in my opinion. You wont be disappointed

Color cartridge had problems but the printer was turned off and reset, it recognized the cartridge. No problems so far. Good color saturation, excellent price. Would definitely buy from again.

Wish I had heard about this site a long time ago. Still can't believe I saved so much money! I went to a major office supply store and purchased one black, 920xl ink cartridge for my HP printer. It cost $40. Still in sticker shock when I got home with my purchase, I searched the internet for discount ink cartridges. I found your company. $4.99 compared to $40, you do the math. I bought five black, 920xl ink cartridges and one each of my color cartridges. Total price $39.92 and I found a free shipping code! Elsewhere, the same purchase would have cost me $290! I am now a customer for life!!!

Excellent price, sketchy instructions, bad packaging as the labels covered the air inlet hole for the black cartridges. Lost two hours of work figuring that one out.. the instructions do say to look for this, but do not say what an air hole looks like or where it might be located. Is working well now...have to see how long it lasts. Will buy more from them due to price and *learned* lesson.

of course I thought: a 4.99 ink cartridge -- Is it too good to be true? Delivery was prompt, I ordered and received in 7 days ... during the holidays at that! The product was good! I did have a slight problem with the colors being off during the first print cycle. But as soon as I restarted the printer as suggested on the trouble shooting sheet included in the cartridges, its was fine! Plus there was a nice chocolate in the package! No more $20 ink cartridges for me!

one cartridge would not lock into the printer. one cartridge cover was not installed properly and ink had leaked inside the plastic envelope. so I got 31/2 out of 5 that I ordered o.k.

Order was said to be shipped only to find out some of the order was not available. Had to wait two weeks longer so had to buy what I needed in store.

I was so excited about my purchase from 499inks.com because I was able to find my printer's ink AND get free shipping! It was even the larger size cartridge that would've cost me $30 at the store. It arrived super-fast and was packaged very nicely. I loved the added touch of a holiday letter, fancy chocolate, magnet! It went into my printer with no problems. I will never purchase ink cartridges retail again ! Quality product ! I've ordered 10 or more cartridges & had one bad considering the savings just tossed it in trash opened a new one.

Had a difficult time getting the printer to recognize the rebuilt cartridges but the troubleshooting area pointed me to the fix. Using an eraser on the print head made the difference. Worked right away. Next thing for me to rate to five starts is the amount of prints or time that the print heads last.
