I found the experience slightly daunting at first especially when I received the email and it didn't have my nephews face on but as soon as they came I thought they're fantastic! Service was pretty quick as well.

Really poor quality for the price. The material is plasticky. Return policy says to return it within 7 days, but the return process is not straightforward. You need to get in touch with them and wait for them to reply. I received a reply but still it doesn’t explain how to send it back. They asked me what’s wrong, which I had already told them. My feeling is that they make it difficult so you give up!!

I ordered a personalised hoodie as a gift for a family member ahead of them starting cancer treatment. The original delivery was pretty slow and the wrong item was delivered to the recipient. The recipient received a hoodie with someone else’s dog on it!! This completely ruined the surprise of the gift! It’s now one week after the incorrect item was delivered and I have received no update on when the correct item will be sent out. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong but these items are not cheap and I would expect significantly better customer service than this.

When I ordered I forgot to change the size and I emailed them and they sorted it out right away so was very happy and I was even happier once I received my ordered I love it

Pros: The personalised dog print from the photo is really good. They arrived on time. Cons: The socks themselves are really poor quality - the description says polycotton, which is technically correct, but they are made from 95% polyester / 5% cotton. There's no defined toe stitching area either. Based on the quality and cost I would not buy again.

The service was outstanding. Quick at sending and easy to do. I had an issue with the socks and they were apologetic and sent me a replacement immediately. So happy and would definitely recommend.

Ordered them for my wedding, but the socks are stuck in the warehouse and the wedding is in a couple of days. So I guess no socks for me.
