Quickly replied when I needed an amendment on my order and amazing quality

Socks arrived but printed incorrectly. In all the example images and the website editor the faces were cut out exactly around the head, but on the actual socks they are just a square image with background bits of the photo, which looks weird. I reached out to customer support who said they'd send out a new pair with a tracking link, but I've not heard anything, even after reaching out again. Edit: After some delay, a new pair was sent out. Thanks for the help!

Product is cute and a fun novelty present, quality ok. What really ruined my experience of shopping with them was the volume of emails I received since ordering - there was generally 2-3 a day which really annoys me - so even if the product was 5* I wouldn't buy again and have now blocked them.

Socks in many colours for the background. Good transfer of photograph. I’m sure sizing is ok, but won’t know u til he tries them on Xmas day. Good delivery time.

Great product, nice using quality materials and a fantastic finish. If the other half doesn't like them I'm definitely going to add them to my sock draw. Delivery a little slow but to be expected this time of year.

I ordered 4 x pairs of your socks and subscribed for the discount code, which I didn’t receive but went ahead and ordered. I found my discount code and sent to a lady called Angie so I could receive my discount code, which she declined. Struggling to understand why ?

Fast delivery, intuitive website and amazing socks! They are a Christmas gift and I’m sure they will love it as much as I did.

Socks came with a 2 marks on them and was only refunded £6 considering i paid £22. A little disappointing.

Really user friendly website to upload pics. Looked at some other websites and it wasn’t as easy. Good delivery and communication though out …. socks are fab and just what I wanted as a gift for a friend ! Also really loved the email from Charlie & Max, nice little touch that a lot of companies don’t think of 😊
